Zemedeneh Negatu, Global Chairman of Fairfax Africa Fund, has joined the Advisory Board.
Business Council for Africa and Invest Africa (BCA-IA) are delighted to announce that Zemedeneh Negatu, Global Chairman of Fairfax Africa Fund, has joined the Advisory Board.
Zemedeneh, widely recognised as one of Africa’s top business leaders, brings a host of experience to the BCA-IA Advisory Board. Having founded Ernst & Young’s Ethiopia practice and subsequently serving as its Managing Partner for 18 years, Zemedeneh, as of 2017, was also appointed the Global Chairman of the American investment firm, Fairfax Africa Fund.
Rob Hersov, Chairman of BCA-IA was quoted as saying, “we are delighted to welcome Zem to our Advisory Board. Zem brings a host of experience alongside a high standing within the African business space to our network and we look forward to sharing and using his knowledge.”
Mark Simmonds, Chairman of the BCA-IA Advisory Board, said “we are pleased that Zem will be joining the Advisory Board. The expertise and network Zem has in Ethiopia and the rest of the Continent is second-to-none and will only elevate the already high standing the Advisory Board has gained up until now.”
